Privacy Notice
Veltrix Teknoloji values the privacy and security of your personal data. This notice explains how the personal data you share through the contact form on our website is processed, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, company, e-mail address, phone number.
- Request data: the service you are interested in and the content of your message.
- Security data: IP address, submission date and time, records of your consent choices, bot-verification result.
3. Purposes
- Evaluating your request, replying to you and preparing quotes,
- Carrying out communication about our services,
- Sending information and campaign e-mails if you opt in,
- Keeping our website and form secure and preventing abuse and automated (bot) attacks,
- Meeting legal obligations and protecting our rights in possible disputes.
4. Method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically through the contact form. It is processed based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1) for responding to your request, the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), legal obligations (Art. 5/2-a), the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e), and our legitimate interest in site security (Art. 5/2-f). Commercial e-mails are sent only on the basis of your separate opt-in.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, with our website hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers, the bot-verification provider (Google reCAPTCHA), authorised public authorities and legally authorised private parties, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Because of the bot-verification service, your IP address and browser information may be processed on servers outside Türkiye; this takes place when you submit the form and with your explicit consent. We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set out in applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7,
- Request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result against you arising from exclusively automated analysis,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
Send your request with identifying information to info@veltrixteknoloji.com or to our postal address above. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
9. Commercial electronic messages
If you tick the “information and campaign e-mails” box, commercial e-mails may be sent to your address under Law No. 6563. This consent is optional and does not affect how we respond to your request. You may withdraw it at any time via the link in our messages or by e-mail.
10. Cookies and security
Our site does not use marketing or advertising cookies. Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact form from automated attacks and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms. Your data is protected with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
